NOTICE of COUNTY CANVASS DATE

 In compliance with the provisions of K.S.A. 25-3104, notice is hereby given that the official Canvass of the 2024General Election for Ness County will be Monday, November 18, 2024.  The canvass will begin at 8:00 a.m. in the Commissioners Room, Ness County Courthouse, 202 W. Sycamore, Ness City, Kansas.

POSTELECTION AUDIT NOTICE

Pursuant to K.S.A. 25-3009 Ness County Election Office will conduct the postelection audit for the 2024 General Election, on Wednesday, November 13, 2024, beginning at 9 a.m. The audit will take place in the Ness County Commissioner Chambers located at the Ness County Courthouse, 202 W. Sycamore Ness City, KS 67560.

NOTICE FOR CLOSING OF REGISTRATIONBOOKS FOR NESS COUNTY BEFORE GENERAL ELECTION ON NOVEMBER 5^th, 2024

               Pursuant to the provisions of K.S.A 25-2311(a)(5), notice is hereby given that Ness County registration books will be closed October 15^th, 2024 at the close of regular business hours, and will remain closed until November 6^th,2024, the day after the General Election.

Prior to the closing of the registration books you may register at the County Clerk’s Office, or by mail upon request and proof of eligibility.
