Ness County Looking for a Road Grader Operator for the Beeler Area

The primary responsibility of this role is to operate and maintain heavy equipment, including Road Grader, to clear and maintain roads and bridges.  *Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent - Valid driver's license - Previous experience operating heavy equipment, specifically blades, or willing to learn - Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions - Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical strength  *Responsibilities:** - Operate and maintain road and bridge construction equipment, with a focus on blades - Clear debris and snow from roads and bridges to ensure safe travel - Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure functionality and longevity – Mowing of County Road Ditches and County Right of Ways - Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate work activities- Knowledge of basic mechanical principles - Strong problem-solving skills.
